About MENA Leadership

How We Began...

In 2013, a team of researchers began conducting organizational research from among 120 ministries working throughout the Greater Middle East with one goal in mind; to better understand the organizational, leadership, and development needs of these ministries. After six long years of research, the conclusion was that a new center was needed that would meet practical needs, develop effective and strategic leaders, and provide the right kind of education that fills in relevant blanks that often exist in ministries today. While seminaries may teach theology, they often fail to teach how to run the business side of a ministry. Likewise, an effective MBA program may be great for business, but may lack pastoral training needed to lead a multi-national ministry. Out of a desire to train and equip leaders in the Greater Middle East to have greater ministry impact and effectiveness, the MENA Leadership Center was born.
