Our staff and advisory team are dedicated professionals and proven ministry leaders who help shape and form the MENA Leadership Center to best meet the needs of the ministries and leaders we serve.
Dr. Jenn Murff
Dr. Jenn Murff has been named among of the top 100 Influential Evangelical Leaders you Ought to Know in the country for her work and research. Murff’s research and writings on leadership, marriage, education, motherhood, and the family have been cited by The Christian Post, Christian Broadcasting Network, Christianity Today, Institute on Religion and Democracy, the Institute for Family Studies, and USA Today to name a few.
She is an adjunct professor at Regent University and at The King’s University where she teaches organizational leadership both at the graduate level.
She holds a MA in Organizational Leadership and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University.
Fadi is well known Consultant / International Development Expert and speaker, involved in programs and projects around the globe bridging the gap between the North and the South through capacity building programs.
Fadi comes with 20 years of experience in Marketplace and NGOs in the MENA Region, and 10 years of experience in working with Christian organizations in North America.
By training Fadi is Engineer and has a MABS from JETS and a diploma of Permaculture -Permaculture Research Institute, Australia. Fadi is a certified International Master Trainer with UNCTAD, Fellow with the Master Advocacy Fellowship; (AED), Certified Manager with Association Executive Management Certificate Program, Michigan Society of Association Executives and Candidate Dialogue Education Teacher, Global Learning Partners (GLP).
Rana is the Recruitment and Enrollment Manager at MENA Leadership Center. She has more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment in the Hospitality, Investment, and Dental sectors, where she took the lead to design and create Human Resource department. Rana also has 3 years of experience in Events Organizing and leading children groups of ages between 4-12 years at various activities.
During her study and work Rana also found time for other community services. She helped in empowering women in rural areas in her country and was voluntarily helping in different kind of Ministries.
Rana holds B.A in International Business and took multiple HR courses such as Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) at Jordan and Human Resources Management at Sheridan College.
As Assistant to the CEO at MENA Leadership Center, Daeon manages the schedule and organizational template of the leadership as well as Board of Directors of MLC. She has more than 15 years of experience in corporate organizational strategies, including mediation, professional standards, fundraising, event planning and association management.
Daeon holds a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Japanese from the University of Mississippi, has been certified as a professional standards coordinator, and has been nominated as Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville’s Volunteer of the Year. She is also a certified instructor of the BarreAmped method, which she utilizes in her spare time to build and encourage community and relationships as part of the women’s ministry at her local church.
