Our programs are specifically designed to meet the real demands of organizations and their leaders. We offer both online and onsite courses taught by subject matter experts:
Fully online: These programs are best for the busy leader who can commit to 2 hours online a week of live instruction and 3-4 hours of course work per week, for 6-8 weeks.
Fully Onsite: We understand the internet limitations in many countries in the MENA. This is why we are offering several onsite courses to accommodate this need.

Online Courses
Our programs allow leaders and their teams to take courses in areas of need through flexible online learning focusing on the unique needs of your ministry. These courses are offered online and last in duration between 4-8 weeks. Our courses are taught by experts who seek to give you the tools that are needs to increase your impact and expand your capacity.
Onsite Courses
Many countries in the MENA are unable to meet online due to limited internet capabilities. With this in mind, MLC is providing several onsite courses per year focused on the unique needs of these leaders. Our onsite intensives meet between 3-5 days focusing on gaining new skills and networking with other high impact ministry leaders.
How long does it take to go through the enrollment process?
Participants should expect the process to take 2-3 weeks.
Is the enrollment process secure?
Yes! We have gone to great extents to ensure the safety of our participants, faculty, and staff.
Do I need to have any previous academic degrees before attending the MENA Leadership Center?
No. Faculty will work with participants to accommodate any educational needs.
How much is tuition?

Are scholarships available?
Yes! In the application form you may also request a needs-based partial scholarship.
If I have already been a participant, do I need to go through the enrollment process again?
No, once you have been admitted into the program, you will not have to go through the entire admission process again.
Certificate Programs
Who should enroll in the MENA Leadership Center?
Current ministry leaders who are looking to strengthen their own personal leadership competencies as they seek to lead others better. Current ministry leaders who are looking to build greater capacity within their organization for greater impact in the region for Christ. Leaders who have encountered challenges and need training on how to develop innovative solutions. Marketplace leaders who are now leading ministries or nonprofits.
How long are the courses and how many hours per week should a participant expect to spend working on course work?
Many of our courses are between 2-4 weeks in duration and will meet 1 time per week. Some courses may be longer and/or meet more frequently. Participants should expect to spend 90–120 minutes engaging in live online instruction and 1-3 hours per week on assignments as directed.
What language is the instruction offered in?
The primary languages of instruction are English and Arabic. However, courses may also be offered in Turkish, Urdu, or Farsi and translation may be offered. You can find the language of instruction on our Programs page.
MLC Gateway
Is the Learning Management System (LMS) user friendly?
Gateway is very user-friendly. All participants will be sent a short video on how to navigate the Gateway Learning Management System (LMS). If you are still unable to navigate the LMS, a member of the MLC staff would be happy to help you!
Do I need high speed internet?
Yes. Since a lot of our program is taught online, it is vital that participants have stable internet.
What if I am unable to make every class?
Don’t worry, ALL courses will be recorded and you may watch it later at your convenience.
