Financial Management: Building Financial Capacity

With over 20 years of experience, Odeh has demonstrated outstanding skills in business coaching, leadership and entrepreneurship training, along with a strong background in M&A integration, investment management, private equity, and business valuation. Odeh began his professional journey over two decades ago, after completing his undergraduate degree in Economics and MBA in Finance. His early career involved various roles in financial analysis, portfolio management, and fund management, where he developed excellent leadership and management skills. This exposure to financial markets and investment banking set him on a path that would eventually lead to a career in M&A integration and business coaching. Odeh has trained more than 500 individuals in the fields of leadership, entrepreneurship, investments, feasibility studies, and finance for non-financial people. Furthermore, he has prepared and instructed five online courses about personal financial planning, principles of investing, and business plan and feasibility study on Edraak.org platform, which were attended by more than 80,000 learners. His competence in training and coaching has enabled him to launch and establish new investment ideas and products to enhance business development.
