In 2013, a team of researchers began conducting research from among 120 ministries working throughout the MENA with one goal in mind; to better understand the organizational, leadership, and development needs of these ministries. After six years of research and due diligence, it was concluded that though God is at work, ministries had significant professional and personal gaps that could be filled by training and development leading to greater Kingdom impact. The MENA Leadership Center was born with a mission to bridge these gaps and meet these needs!
