Rana is the Recruitment and Enrollment Manager at MENA Leadership Center. She has more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment in the Hospitality, Investment, and Dental sectors, where she took the lead to design and create Human Resource department. Rana also has 3 years of experience in Events Organizing and leading children groups of ages between 4-12 years at various activities.

During her study and work Rana also found time for other community services. She helped in empowering women in rural areas in her country and was voluntarily helping in different kind of Ministries.

Rana holds a B.A in International Business and took multiple HR courses such as Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) at Jordan and Human Resources Management at Sheridan College.
